INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 cups milk
65g butter
¾ cup semolina / taystee wheat
6 tablespoon Klim (make paste with little milk)
Elachie essence
4 tablespoon ground almonds
1 cup sugar
10 tablespoon nestle cream
METHOD
Beat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and Cream. Melt butter in a heavy based pot,add taystee wheat and braise till pink add little boiling water add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the almonds, and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes. Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10minutes or alternatively put it in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes on 180'C.
