500g chicken fillets (butterflied or sliced thinnly) Spices
To a bowl add 1⁄2 teaspoon of each: Chilli powder, chicken spice, dhana Jeeru (Cumin), garam masala, salt, lemon juice, mixed herbs. Add oil to make a paste. Coat chicken in paste and leave to marinate for a few hours.
Bake on 180 covered with foil. Remove foil once cooked and allow water to dry out.
Serve with garlic potatos, mash or vegetables. Or use for chicken salads
