INGREDIENTS
1 cup self raising flour
1 egg
1 cup of milk
METHOD
Place self raising flour in a bowl.
Add egg and milk.
Whisk well.
Grease a pan well with oil.
Add a ladle of batter over medium heat .
Flip.
Serve with toppings of choice.
