INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet ( you can use bone chicken )
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper ( add more if nec)
½ teaspoon robertson chicken spice
½ teaspoon celery salt
Salt to taste
1 egg
Coating
Hinds southern coating in hot ( find at pick and pay)
3 tablespoon cake flour
2 teaspoon corn flour
Handful breadcrumbs
Oil to deep fry
METHOD
In a large bowl crack an egg add all the spices and using a whisk beat everything together add the chicken pieces . Leave to marinade for 30 minutes .
Coat the chicken in the coating mixture. Heat the oil add chicken and fry . ( you could fry halfway , add to a Pyrex and bake in oven )
INFO & TIPS
Serve with chips and salad
