INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 ¼ cup castor sugar
125 g butter
½ cup cocoa
½ teaspoon bicarb
2 eggs
1 ¼ cup self raising flour
METHOD
Heat first five ingredients allow to come to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for bout 10 - 15 minutes. Add the eggs beat well then add flour and beat till combined. Bake in 2 tins at 180 for 30 minutes. Cool in tin for 5 minutes then turn out.
INFO & TIPS
Add less cocoa if you don't like it to dark.
Cover in thick ganache...
