INGREDIENTS
500 g chicken fillets cut in cubes
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Salt 2 taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
Crushed green chillies according taste
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients to fillet and marinate over night or few hours.
Dip in bread crumbs and fry in deep oil. Serve with green pepper, tomatoe & cocktail onions & your fav dip.
