Steak Wraps

INGREDIENTS

1 packet ready made wraps
500g rump steak finely cut
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon mayo
1 cup water

paste for wrap
½ cup cucumbers finely chopped
¼ cup red peppers finely chopped
¼ cup tomato chutney
½ cup mayo

METHOD

combine chilli garlic, ginger garlic, salt,lemon pepper,tomato sauce & mayo with the steak.add the water & cook steak on low heat until meat is tender.combine all paste ingredients together & add to the cook steak.place steak mixture as desired on wrapper fold up & then its ready to be served .
