Long green jalapeños
Mash potato ( make to your liking )
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon corn flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
Luke warm water as required
Batter 2 :
You can also crack an egg add salt and pepper
Bread crumbs .
Dip in eggs and crumb and fry
Slit jalapeños in the middle remove the pits and stuff with the mash potato dip in the batter and fry in shallow oil .
Serve with plain Greek yogurt as a dip

Make sure to buy the flap long jalapeño as the round short 1s are very strong
