4 to 5 chicken fillets ( slit in middle )
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon red chillie paste
½ teaspoon haldi
½ teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon dhana powder or crushed
¼ teaspoon jeera seeds
¼ teaspoon peri peri
Spinach and feta
1 bunch baby spinache
In a pot add oil
Rye (black seed)
½ teaspoon garlic
¼ teaspoon haldi cook and steam .
Feta about 2 blocks
Marinade chicken for atleast 30 minutes .
In the meantime cook the spinach :
Cut clean spinach
Add oil into the pot , heat oil
Add Rye (black seed) seeds let them pop add garlic
Spinache and rest of the spices cook until done wait for spinache to cool then add the feta ( crumb ) and and the cheese and mix well
Now add the filling to the chicken where you slit close chicken with top piece of chicken add to frying pan or griller and cook until done .
Serve with tomatoe khutney and spinache leaves.
