Apple & Lemon Cooler

INGREDIENTS

2 med size smooth skin lemon
3 med size green apple
½ cup granadilla pulp
1 ½ cups sugar
6 cups water
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup granadilla pulp for garnishing

METHOD

Wash & chop lemons with skin.
liquidize lemon with 3 cups water & strain.
wash & chop apples
Liquidize chopped apples, granadilla pulp &
sugar with remaining water.
Strain Apple mixture & combine with the
lemon juice.
add salt , granadilla pulp & chill before
serving
