Ras malai

1 litre milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup nespray
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon butter
1 egg
Elachi (cardomom) powder
Slivered pista (pistachio nuts)
1 spn Rose water
Saffron
Bring milk to boil, then add in condensed milk and simmer on low.
Mix baking powder and nespray then rub butter in. Beat the egg and bind mixture. Rub butter on hands to make patties.
Make small round patties and drop in the milk once all patties are rolled.
Patties will rise.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on low.
Remove from heat. Take patties out carefully and put into your serving bowl. Add Elachi (cardomom), saffron and rose water to milk. Pour milk over patties. Garnish with pistas. Serve chilled.
