INGREDIENTS
1 Kg King Klip Fish or any other fish
2 tomatoes grated
1 cup sour milk
1 handful of fried onions
2 tablespoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
1 teaspoon tumeric (aradh)
1 teaspoon jeera seeds
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
Few sticks tuj (cinnamon stick)/cinnamon
Few Elachi (cardomom) pods
2 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
Coriander leaves,
Curry leaves
Green chillies
METHOD
Wash and drain fish. Add tomatoes,sour milk &all the spices together. Mix well.
Add fried onions, curry leaves & coriander to marinade.
Marinate fish in this masala.
Heat up your ghee (Clarified butter) and cook your fish slowly.
Simmer slowly till gravy fairly dry
serve with roti or naan
