INGREDIENTS
5 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 litre milk
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Elachi (cardomom) powder
½ loaf bread
½ cup sugar (to be caramelised)
1 small tin nestle cream
METHOD
Soak bread in milk till nice and soft then add rest of ingredients in food processor and beat. Caramelise half cup sugar then place at bottom of cake ring pan (PS First Spray cake pan well with spray & cook). Pour bread mixture over caramelised sugar and place pan in an oven dish filled half way with hot water. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees till done. Test with bread knife as for cakes must be firm inside.
Cool for a while before turning over onto serving plate. Beat small tin nestle cream and pour over and decorate as desired.
