
Kebaab Tortilla
By Sumayah - MASTER CHEFINGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cup flour.
¾. Cup cornflour.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
4 tablespoon Butter.
½ cup water.
METHOD
Combine the dry ingr together.
Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Make a soft dough with water.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Roll out rotis and cook with ghee (Clarified butter) on non-stick pan.
