NAEEMA MIA 'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Seekh kebab and Roti

500g beef /Mutton mince
1 large onion
½ bunch dhania (coriander)
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon coconut
1 egg
2 slice bread soaked in water then squeezed
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon green chillies
1 teaspoon ground almonds
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)

Lemon butter sauce:
2 tablespoon butter
Juice of ½ lemon or
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon parsley


METHOD


Mix all ingredients together in a food processor... Form into long or round kebaabs... Drizzle olive oil... Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes on 180 deg or grill over the braai (bbq)...

Heat ingredients for lemon butter on the stove or Mico until butter melted pour over prepared kebabs

Make Roti, I spread little mayo and a sprinkle of cheese and cucumber add kebabs and serve

made this kekabs Nd it was a top hit ... we had them over the coals (bbq) ... served wth a mean mocktail.. garlic pittas and salad Naeema u r a top chef
