1 packet vermicilli ( pakistani 1 its brownd awredy )250 g butter ( or less if ҵ prefer ) 2 cups boiling water 1 cup sugar 1 tin ideal milk ( evaporated milk)2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
Melt butter In pot. Braise for few minutes. Then add water , sugar , Elachi (cardomom) & sliced almonds. Cover pot and cook on medium heat until all moisture has dried up. Pour ideal milk over decorate with pistas or nuts of choice. Turn stove on low & steam. Very delish.
