INGREDIENTS
PEPPER CREAM STEAKS
1 kg fillet steak cut in pieces
Marinate in
6 tablespoon sour milk
4 tablespoon mayonaise
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
4 tablespoon gorima's pepper steak spice
½ teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
Cook until almost done,then add ½ cup steers garlic sauce and 1x250ml fresh cream,simmer and serve with rolls or anything of choice
SAUCY GARLIC ROLLS
8 long rolls
2 tablespoon garlic butter
1x 250ml fresh cream
Garlic flakes
1 small onion sliced
½ tin creamstyle corn
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
mozzerella and cheddar cheese
Chopped shallot
METHOD
cut the rolls into 4 cubes
In a saucepan add the remaining of the
ingredients accept the cheese & bring it to a
boil .dip each cut piece of roll in the
cream mixture and place into a pyrex.. .
pour remaining sauce over the rolls.
Grate cheese over the rolls & bake in a hot oven till warmed through,and cheese melted
