Prego Chicken

RECIPE

For this all you need is 1 chicken cut in pieces. Wash & drain well. Marinate with Aminas Wonder Spice Prego Pour on sauce. Leave to marinate for few hours or even over night.
Melt ¼ cup of ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot. Add chicken to it. Cook on medium heat heat. When almost done add ½ cup fresh cream & cook on low heat.
Serve with roti or naan & veggies of choice.

INFO & TIPS

I add fresh cream because we I prefer a saucy chicken. But it can be left out. Your choice
