INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoon tandoori spice
2 tablespoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon mayonaise
4 tablespoon sourmilk
¼ cup oil
Mix together,marinate chicken
Then cook with butter till done..don't burn out completely,leave it saucy
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup fresh cream
Braise onion till soft,not brown,add tomato paste and cream,boil.
Arrange chicken in a baking dish,pour sauce over,and cover with blobs of butter
Grill in the oven
ALFREDO POTATOES
4 Potatoes
1 Cup Prepared white Sauce
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Pepper
½ Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Cup grated cheese
½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
METHOD
Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork and then boil the potatoes until soft.,then allow for the potatoes to cool slightly,meanwhile in a separate bowl combine the sauce,garlic powder,pepper and thyme and then stir in ½ a cup of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese,then cut your potatoes in half lengthwise,and scoop out the pulp and add the pulp to the sauce mixture and mix well,spoon out the potato mixture into the potato shells,then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top of the potatoes and place potatoes in hot oven for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted..
