Pepper Steak

500g steak cut in 5cm cubes,
salt to taste
fine black pepper
1med Onion
2 or 3 green chillies
2 tblspoons crushed garlic
60g butter or marg
5 or 6 med tamatoes
METHOD
Marinate steak with salt and pepper.Braize in butter or marg for about 10 minutes then add garlic and braize until steak is 3 Quater cooked.Then add onion ,sliced green chillies and braize until well done and tender.While braizing steak do not add water.when steak is cooked and tender add tamatoes and cook.Garnish with somd parsley.Serve with baked patatoe,veggies,naan or garlic bread.
