1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
250ml fresh cream
green masala (According to taste)

ghee (Clarified butter)
Cut buns in half and butter the insides and place facing up in casserole dish.
Add ghee (Clarified butter) to pot and Chopped onion and saute till lightly golden.
Add green masala and toss
Add creamstyle sweetcorn and fresh cream and stir well till hot.
Add a teaspoon of thai spice.
Pour hot mixture over buns and grate cheese according to desired amount and sprinkle some origanum to garnish.
