Heat oil with whole jeera and 3 cinnamon sticks, add 1 chicken and let it cook, add ginger garlic paste, salt, ground green chillies, 3 peppercorns and 3 whole Elachi (cardomom).
Add spices: 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon dhana jeera, 1 teaspoon rough chilli powder and ¼ teaspoon tumeric and robertson Portuguese spice and cajun spice and chicken spice. Let it cook halfway dont let all the water dry.
Make a tomato chutney seperately:
1 large onion, let it cook.
Add tomatoes when golden brown and add spices:½ teaspoon chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon tumeric and add to chicken. Let it cook until chicken is done.
Add ½ cup yogurt, allow to simmer.
When its done add a blob of butter and lower the heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
