INGREDIENTS
185g butter
1n half tablespoon liquid glucose mixed with 3 tablespoon water
1 cup sugar
1 cup made up of sliced almonds with skin on , some coconut flake & Soumph (Fennel) seeds. Roast this lighty in the oven 4 few minutes
METHOD
Melt d butter & d sugar. add d liquid in boil on high 4 7 minutes stirin continuosly. Add almonds mixture stirrin well lower heat and cuk 4 5 minutes more. Pour in greased baking pan/tray ( medium size) and spread well. Decorate with Soumph (Fennel) sweets. Press the sweets gently in. Allow to set. Then break into desired shapes. Store in a cool place.
