1 kg steak mince (wash and drain)
1 tablespoon green chillies (ground)
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
Dry bread crumbs (for coating)
2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 tablespoon garlic (gound)
beaten egg (for coating)
2 tablespoon almonds (ground)
Combine all the ingredients together.
Shape into cutlets and dip in egg and
Fry in shallow oil.
Serve with a coriander chutney.
