INGREDIENTS
2 cup grated gouda cheese1 cup grated tusser cheese½ cup frozen corn , soak in boiling water, drain and dry on a cloth. 1 small onion chopped finely, rinsed and squeeze all excess water out.Chopped green dhania (coriander)Chopped green and red pepper ( optional) Salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and a sprinkling of origanum....(All to taste)1 tablespoon flour
METHOD
Mix everything together and fill in the chinese springroll pastry or samoosa pur if desired...
*( I use the 30 sheet springroll pastry and cut each sheet into 4 strips)
Fry quickly in hot oil..
INFO & TIPS
These samosas must be eaten while hot, looses its crispyness when cold.
