2 cup grated gouda cheese
1 cup grated tusser cheese
1⁄2 cup frozen corn , soak in boiling water, drain and dry
on a cloth.
1 small onion chopped finely, rinsed and squeeze all excess water out.
Chopped green dhania (coriander)
Chopped green and red pepper ( optional)
Salt, lemon pepper, black pepper and a sprinkling of origanum....(All to taste)
1 tablespoon flour
Mix everything together and fill in the chinese springroll pastry or samoosa pur if desired...
*( I use the 30 sheet springroll pastry and cut each sheet into 4 strips)
Fry quickly in hot oil..
INFO / TIPS
These samosas must be eaten while hot, looses its crispyness when cold.
