INGREDIENTS
500g Prawns( Shelled and Cleaned)1 teaspoon Gorimas Chillie Garlic paste (I used normal homemade chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper1 teaspoon Chilli Powder1 teaspoon Salt3 tablespoon Lemon Juice3 tablespoon Tomato Puree2 tablespoon Mayonnaise2 tablespoon Butter125 ml Fresh/Pouring CreamBell Peppers (Red and Green)
METHOD
Marinate Prawns in all ingredients except Butter and Cream for 1 hour.Boil linguini Pasta(or of your choice) and Keep aside.Heat Butter in a non stick Pan and cook Prawns on high for 4 minutes.Add Red and Green Peppers (Julienne).Marinade should Reduce but not dry out completely.Lastly Add Cream and throw in Pasta.Transfer to a Casserole Dish.Grate Fresh Parmesan over.Serve Immediately.
