1kg chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 tablespoon lemon juice
Marinate for 3-4 hours
SAUCE MIXTURE
1 small onion
½ cup lemon juice
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon red chillies
½ teaspoon peri peri spice
1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup any steers sauce
Liquidize onion and lemon juice..
Heat butter add liquidized onion,spices and sauces and heat a little together..
COATING:
1 cup cornflour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Mix together
Dip wings into coating and deep fry in hot oil till golden..dip in wing in sauce mixture and place on oven tray...dot with butter and pour with remaining sauce over wings...cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180..
