125g soft butter,
1 cup sugar,
3 eggs,
½ cup milk,
1 ½ cup flour,
3 teaspoon baking powder,
5ml vanilla essence.
METHOD
Method
Beat altogether for 5 minutes on high and bake it @180 degrees for 20 minutes
Can make it as 1 cake or into cupcakes. If you making cupcakes bake for +/- 12 to 15 minutes.
