INGREDIENTS
1 Fresh Red Fish or any fish of choice cut, wash & drained.
±4 tablespoon spoons Aminas wonder spice fish & prawn masala (paste) or you can use your home made fish masala
2 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
After fish is well drained. Mix fish masala with lemon juice. Marinate fish & allow to stand for ± 1 hour. Deep fry on medium heat until fish is tender. Serve with chips, roti & salad.

This fish is ideal with khari kitchri nd all the side dishes.
