1 avo almost ripe
1 lime ( juice of lime )
½ fresh jalapeno chopped very fine
Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
Finely chopped red onion ( optional )
Cut avo , remove pit . Make tiny cubes . Squeeze the lime over , all of it and add more if necessary. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well .
This was yum
Can be eaten as a dip with crisp or toasted pita
Or as a side dish with Mexican foods
