INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Flour
1 Packet Instant Dry Yeast
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
½ Cup Sour Milk
Warm Water
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients in a dish.Add the Sour Milk and enough warm water to make soft dough.Knead the dough for 5 minutes.Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.Punch Down and divide dough into 10-12 balls.Roll rounds and fry like roti,brushing with ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle with tal (sesame seeds).
