Naan khatai ¾ cup solid ghee (Clarified butter) ½ cup castor sugar ½ cup icing sugar ¼ cup chana flour ½ cup suji Pinch bicarb ½ teaspoon baking powder Elachi (cardomom) Add flour as needed Beat ghee (Clarified butter) and sugars. Add rest of ingredients. Then add flour. Roll rounds. Put a badaam on and bake @ 180° till golden.
