INGREDIENTS
Cashew nuts
Few pieces chicken fillet or u could use chicken pieces too
1 onion
ghee (Clarified butter)
2 teaspoon Barishap ( fennel or saumph)
1 tspRed masala
1 teaspoon Fine coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tin coconut milk
dhania (coriander) to garnish
METHOD
Soak cashew nuts in water
Braise your onion wth ghee (Clarified butter)
Then u marinate your chicken wth red masala and salt and paprika..and keep aside
Then add the spices above thts measured to your onion and add cashew nuts and coconut milk braise it nicely add your chicken and cook on low till dne..garnish with dhania (coriander)
enjoy wth roti and potato wedges

U can leave the chicken out make as instructed and jst serve it wth fish..yummy
