INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillets
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin)
Pounded fresh green chillies to taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
Slit the sides of the fillet in half,forming 2 thin fillets from one
Combine all spices together,add fillets and mix well
1 large egg,beaten
1 big packet mexican chillie chips crushed
Dip fillets in egg and coat in crushed chips
Refrigerate overnight
Shallow fry in a non stick pan in oil turning once until golden on both sides
CORN POTATOES
Boil 3 potatoes cut in half with a handful of corn till tender
In a pan add a slice of garlic butter,2 tablespoon sour cream,2 tablespoon mayonaise,Aromat (a South African Spice),parsley,pepper,garlic flakes and a little sour milk..heat well,mix together and add in potatoes
