INGREDIENTS
125 g Stork baking margarine
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon rose water
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup warm milk
Pink food colouring
ICING:
100g butter
300g icing sugar
Splash of milk
1-2 teaspoon rose syrup
Pink food colouring
METHOD
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add rose water. Than add half the flour and baking powder and half the milk and beat for a few minutes and add the rest of it. Add food colouring and spoon mixture into cupcake cases. Bake on 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Make icing and pipe on top of cakes, decorate with pieces of Turkish delight.
