INGREDIENTS
1 Piece Chicken Breast cut into strips then marinate in the following:
ginger garlic paste ,salt, haldi, red chilly pow ,jeera pow ,chilly sauces of your choice,mayo
cook chicken in a little oil. burn water out of chicken .once chicken has cooked turn off heat. Add generous amounts of colourful peppers cut into strips and onion slices and cover so that they soften.
METHOD
Naans:4 cups flour,3 oz butter 1 teaspoon salt,6 teaspoon sugar , ¾ cup warm water,¾ cup warm milk,1 packet yeast.
mix all ings together and knead well to make a smooth dough. Leave to rise until double in size. roll out in to medium rounds. Cook on tawa.
To Assemble: place some chicken filling on the half of the nan then put sauces mayo etc then put some salad and fold over.
