INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb chops, washed & cleaned
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
6 whole black peppercorns
ghee (Clarified butter)/olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Green masala
1 teaspoon fine dhana powder
½ teaspoon garlic flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
SAUCES:
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 tablespoon pepper sauce
1 tablespoon green jalapeño sauce (I use Jojo's)
METHOD
Sauté onion, jeeru (cumin) and peppercorns in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil until softened but do not brown it. Marinate the chops with the rest of the spices, add to onions and cook. When halfway done, add the sauces. Cook until done but don't let sauce burn out. Serve with fried potato wedges.
