125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
Cream well
Then add
2 tablespoon honey
1 egg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarb mixed with little boiling water
½ cup coconut
½ cup oats
¼ cup pecans
4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
4 tablespoon sesame seeds
±1 cup flour
Mix well...form into balls..bake at 180 for ±10 minutes
