INGREDIENTS
2 cans of tuna drained. (Water one)
1 medium onion, grated water squeezed out
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon fine chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 egg
Crushed green chillies to taste
Chopped spring onions and green dhania (coriander)
Salt to taste
Flour, egg & bread crumbs 4 coating.
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll in to balls. Flatten little. Coat in flour. Dip in egg. Dip in bread crumbs. Fry in shallow oil. Serve with your choice of sauces mini roti ,mini naan or puri & slliced lemon.
