Heat mustard seeds in pot with oil until they start to pop. Mix potatoes with red chillies, salt, arad (Turmeric), dhana jeeru (cumin), lemon juice, nutmeg, whole jeeru (cumin), sesame seeds and some red masala. Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies (optional). Cook with ghee (Clarified butter) and garnish with dhania (coriander). Add chopped tomatoes with potatoes .

It might be a good idea to parboil potatoes so they cook evenly, especially if you're using baby potatoes.
