RECIPE
Dough:
1 cup cake flour
¼ packet instant yeast
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon oil
¼ cup milk
¼ cup water
Combine the dry ingredients and oil in a dish..heat milk and water till lukewarm..add enough to flour to make a soft dough...allow to rise..knock down and divide into equal balls..roll out into circles.place filling on one round and cover with another round..press down edges with a fork..allow to rise
Bake at 180 in a preheated oven till done
Heat a tawa and quick fry paratha on both sides,brush with ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle parsley/sesame seeds
FILLING
3 potatoes (cubed)
Boil in salt water with a pinch of haldi till soft
Drain
In a pan add:
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 slit whole green chiili
½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 medium chopped onion
Little ghee (Clarified butter)
Saute onion till soft then add potatoes,salt,pepper,crushed green chillies..cook till potatoes become a little mushy..add freshly chopped greens
