INGREDIENTS

1 big tin pineapple pieces
250ml fresh cream
250ml sour cream
1 tin condensed milk

METHOD

Strain pineapple syrup & boil until thickened. Beat together the sour cream and condensed milk, and whip fresh cream until stiff. Mix pineapples, syrup and cream mixtures together. Decorate as desired.
