INGREDIENTS
125g butter
⅓ cup castor sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup finely chopped pecan nuts
Flour as needed
METHOD
Mix butter sugar & vanilla essence until smooth. Fold in the nuts, baking powder and enough flour to make a dough. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. When cooled, dip into chocolate and decorate with chopped nuts.
