Blue Berry Mini Cheese Cakes

For these cheese cakes I used the ready made cheese cake mix which u get @ any baking shop or supermarket. Follow direction on how to make You can add any berry sauce or puree of choice. They are also found in sachets @ baking shops & supermarkets. Pipe into shells with star nozzle.
