Boil 2 cups of rice with 2 teaspoon salt, drain and steam.
In a frying pan put ½ cup oil, 100g butter, 2 grated carrots, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped onion. Fry with a good amount of coarse black pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper and fish spice. Mix into rice. When ready to serve add half bottle chicken licken hot sauce and mix well.

Rough red chillies
Garlic and a little red masala
When almost done add butter and plain yogurt(± ½ litre).
Check for salt. Serve with dhai and salad
