INGREDIENTS
½kg chicken mince
1 large onion
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon ground gr chillies
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 egg
1 slice bread
Green dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Process bread, then onions and dhania (coriander), then add rest and process all together.
Roll into kebaabs/drop spoonfuls into pan, Fry till its browned, empty into a casserole dish.
Cube and fry 2-3 large potatoes and arrange in casserole
Sprinkle some diced red and green peppers.
Sauce:
65g butter
½ cup milk
3 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chilli powder
¼ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
Heat all together, till butter melts, then pour over kebaabs
Cover casserole with foil/lid and bake @ 180 for 20 minutes.
Must be saucy, if looking dry, add milk or water.(I always make double amount of sauce)
