INGREDIENTS
125g Stork baking margarine
⅓ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the essence. Add the flour and salt and mix to form a soft dough. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray. Press down with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 for 15-20 minutes.
