INGREDIENTS
                      1 punnet mushrooms, chopped finely
1 small onion, chopped
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
Green masala
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil
1 packet mushroom soup
1 can mushroom soup
 1tbl milk
125 ml fresh cream
                    
METHOD
Saute the onions, mushrooms, garlic and green masala in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil. Add the can soup and about 2 cans of water (or whatever the instructions on the can says). Boil until thick. Add the packet soup mixed in water (according to packet instructions). Add the salt/pepper and boil for 10-15 minutes. Lastly mix in the cream and milk.
