1 kg tenderized steak washed and cut into pieces.
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoon ginger and garlic masala
2 teaspoon extra curry powder
1 teaspoon haldi powder
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 finely chopped green chillie
2 teaspoon steak and chop spice
1 teaspoon pepper powder
½ cup inkomazi
3 tablespoon Jimmy's steak house sauce marinade
salt to taste
1 onion chopped finely
2 cinnamon stick
2 whole elachie
2 tomatoes grated
2 potatoes cut in fours
dhania (coriander) for Garnish
Marinate the above and leave aside.
Saute 1 onion in oil together with elachie, cinnamon and clove until golden.
Add steak mixture and 2 cups water and let the steak cook nicely for about 15 minutes.
Finally add chopped tomatoes and pototoes and cook on low heat.
You may add more water, do not dry out completely. Cook thoroughly and garnish with fresh dhania (coriander).
Serve with roti or Roghni naan.
