INGREDIENTS
For Marinade1 kg tenderized steak washed and cut into pieces.1 teaspoon ginger paste1 teaspoon garlic paste2 teaspoon ginger and garlic masala2 teaspoon extra curry powder1 teaspoon haldi powder1 teaspoon dhana powder1 teaspoon jeera powder1 teaspoon chillie powder1 finely chopped green chillie2 teaspoon steak and chop spice1 teaspoon pepper powder½ cup inkomazi3 tablespoon Jimmy's steak house sauce marinadesalt to taste
Curry:1 onion chopped finely2 cinnamon stick1 clove2 whole elachie2 tomatoes grated2 potatoes cut in foursdhania (coriander) for Garnish
METHOD
Marinate the above and leave aside.
Saute 1 onion in oil together with elachie, cinnamon and clove until golden.
Add steak mixture and 2 cups water and let the steak cook nicely for about 15 minutes.
Finally add chopped tomatoes and pototoes and cook on low heat.
You may add more water, do not dry out completely. Cook thoroughly and garnish with fresh dhania (coriander).
Serve with roti or Roghni naan.
