INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamp chops
30ml garlic paste
15ml crushed chillies
5ml whole coriander, crushed
30ml tikka spice
sauce:
125ml apricot jam
lemon juice to taste
30ml worcester sauce
20ml soya sauce
2 chillies finely chopped
10ml peri peri sauce
10ml bbq sauce
salt pepper and dhania (coriander) leaves
METHOD
preheat oven to 200 degrees
bring al sauce ingredients together and cook.
rub chops with spices, dip all the chops in
tikka sauce mix.
bake in oven for 20-30 minutes , make sure u turn
chops and place in oven til done.
INFO & TIPS
add more sauce if chops is dry
